More and more women are getting into weight training or would at least like to, yet struggle with knowing where to start and what to do 🤷🏽‍♀

Thankfully those days are now over as our aim is to empower women with knowledge and confidence, and help create opportunities for them to empower each other and reap the benefits of lifting weights 🏋🏼‍♀

This class is for all abilities. Whether you’re an experienced trainer that is lacking company or others to push you, or you are a complete beginner that has never touched a weight before, this class is perfect for you 💪🏻

This class runs every Thursday at 6pm – 7pm and will coach you through everything you need to know from movement mechanics to reps and sets, to ensure you see the results you’ve always wanted whilst having fun 🙌🏻
